Act as IPO sponsor to assist potential companies to list on the Main Board or the GEM of Hong Kong Stock Exchange

• Overall project management
  Ensure all parties including lawyers, accountants, valuers, consultants and registrars meet required deadlines

• Due diligence
  Conduct due diligence investigation towards various aspects of the company

• Submission preparation
  Liaise with Hong Kong Stock Exchange and SFC, and prepare required submission documents

• Marketing
  Assist in the preparation of marketing materials including analysts presentation, syndicate briefing, road-show materials and organisation of investor meetings and road-shows

• Pricing
  Determine the best offer price to balance the interests between the Company and the investors
