MANAGEMENT PROFILE

Mr. Siu has over 20 years of experience in corporate finance and executed over a hundred of corporate finance projects including but not limited to initial public offerings (IPOs), mergers and acquisitions (M&As), rights issues, open offers, debt restructuring and general financial advisory cases. Prior to joining Red Sun Capital Limited, Mr. Siu worked for Messis Capital Limited, Cinda International Capital Limited, Horwath Capital Asia Limited and Lippo Securities Limited. Mr. Siu graduated from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration (Finance). Mr. Siu is a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) and a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (HKICPA). Mr. Siu is also a licensed person registered with the SFC and regarded as a responsible officer for the regulated activities (advising on corporate finance and dealing in securities).
